LEADER is a source of funding for farmers, foresters, rural businesses and community organisations.

The funding is available now for projects from these sectors of the rural economy and communities and will be awarded in order to strengthen and support the local rural economy or community. A wide range of projects will be considered in the areas of Aylesbury Vale, rural Milton Keynes and the Chilterns. Projects must demonstrate that they are environmentally and economically sustainable in order to be awarded a grant.

Grants of up to £50,000 are now available.
